Marta Felber has drawn from her counseling background for self-healing after the death of her husband. Formerly she held counseling positions in Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Egypt, and Indonesia. In a consultant role, she worked with teaching staffs at international schools in Nepal, India, and Bangladesh. During her ten years in Indonesia, Marta served as Director and Head Counselor at the counseling center for expatriates in Jakarta.

Marta has three sons, four grandchildren, and a great grandson. She currently lives in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Marta enjoys her daily walks, often exploring in Old Salem, the restored village near her home. She continues to write for publication.

Marta now is combining photography with her writing. This is a dream that began at age nine and, only now is becoming a reality. All the photos, stories, and poems on this website are Marta’s, a gift from her to you. She hopes you will return frequently and see any new material, added from time to time.
