Marta Felber has drawn from her counseling background for self-healing since the death of her husband. She has held counseling positions in Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Egypt and Indonesia and worked as a consultant at international schools in Nepal, India, and Bangladesh. During her ten years in Indonesia, Marta served as director and head counselor at a center for expatriates in Jakarta.
Marta has three sons and four grandchildren. She lives in northwest Arkansas, where she takes daily walks in the gentle Ozark Mountains. She continues writing for publication. Grief Expressed: When a Mate Dies, Marta's first book, contains the written work she completed while on her journey through the grief process. Finding Your Way after Your Spouse Dies is her second book for those who are on their personal journey through grief.
